What do you think the expectations are of UK and Bama fans

Obviously basketball for Kentucky and football for Alabama
Are they:
A. Too high - they expect to win the championship or burn this mother fricker down
B. Too low - they expect to just be competitive
C. Just right - they're content just showing up for a playoff bowl or a final four
Are they:

My expectations:
UK Basketball - to always have a chance of making a deep run in the tourney and a championship around every 6-8 years...win at least 29 games per year.
UK Football - to be competitive in most games, go to a bowl around 4 times every 6-7 years and make a good run toward an SEC East championship once every 10 years.
