DVR the entire game. Avoid spoilers and watch after the fact. Fast forward through all the commercials and the incessant ramblings of announcers who NEVER shut up. Takes about an hour.

The only thing I hate about watching CBS games at other people's places is that the commercials are so long, they tend to flip to other games and over estimate the commercial breaks and I end up missing a series or 2. I feel like I can't get into the rhythm of the game if we flip back and fourth.
