It is entirely possible to be a fan while being critical of your team. See: Alabama fans pre-Saban.

I agree with you. It's also entirely possible as a fan to keep your criticism to your self rather than bash one LSU's winningest coaches in a plubic forum.

What good does it do LSU football to have Hebert spewing his shite?

This is ignorant. He named his son Robert Jr. I don't like the guy, but it's not his fault you are ignorant to Cajun culture.

Hes that alcoholic father that shows up to his sons game tanked out of his mind holding a half drank 6 pack of beer that thinks his opinions matter. In reality he is just embarrassing his family and showing everyone how much he really doesnt know. Poster child for butthurt parents IMO ...

Apparently he's not content with just poisoning the water in NOLA. Now he wants to screw up another area we recruit every year in Dallas.

I've heard his stupid shite before. The nerve of him to bash the coach of the institution that gave his son a free education. Makes no sense.

I've criticized Bama coaches and the Administration in the past. But not publically on the air-waves, and I damn sure wouldn't do shite like that if UA had given my child a free education.

His show also airs on the station that broadcasts the LSU football games in NOLA.

I listen to him with either Big Deke Bellavia or
Kristian Garic on WWL 870 am and he's pretty entertaining. He can be somewhat of a hog sometimes not letting the caller get his point across, and his jokes, but he's ok I guess....

By saying what?

"Les is an idiot. I've forgotten more about football than he's ever known. Miles wants the John Chavis version of offense... like Bo Schembechler did back in the day at Michigan. 3 YAACOD. You want to set up a contest, I'll challenge him. Now, I'm not stupid I wouldn't do it for say Sean Payton but I'm smarter than Les. "

He then starts rambling about losing to Bama and why. It was funny but a little sad at the same time

I think Hebert gives the rest of the country some valuable insight into South Louisiana culture and is a fairly accurate portrait of the LSU fanbase at large.

I think the guy is hilarious. Deke is terrible however. Bobby is the show.
