Y'all are speaking a foreign language to me. I've never had a marmalade either.

Didn't know that... so how are they using them wrong?

Most people I see running in them are running just as they would with full fledged running shoes, heel to toe, which is what causes the flapping sound. You should be landing on your midfoot with Five Fingers. Your heels should barely even touch the ground. The whole point of the shoes is that it hurts to run heel to toe, forcing you to use a biomechanically more efficient form. Of course, it doesn't hurt on a treadmill, so retards who have no idea what they're doing or what the shoes are supposed to do, continue their terrible old habits.

Marmalade is like jelly or preserves.

ahhhhhh that makes sense. Them running heel to toe defeats the sol purpose of the shoe in the first place. Thanks for sharingt

I'm gonna use mine for weightlifting. Most people take off their shoes when they do squats and deadlifts. These shoes are pretty much weightless and level to the floor, so I can use them for pretty much anything. They are pretty expensive though.

Yea I don't lift weights at all personally, but I have seen people use them for squats and deadlifts.

I use photoshop, you could download gimp(FREE) and I can talk you through it.

I can't do anything right now though, because I am not on my lap top. I can't get on it till I my new charger and battery comes in the mail

They're comfortable, but for some reason I find them annoying to just sit around in. Not that I have ever really done it, just for a few minutes after coming home from a run. They are comfortable run and fish in, though.

No socks, but I know some people like to use moisture wicking toe socks for runs over 10 miles or so.

No, mine aren't smelly, but I know some people who have complained that theirs are.

shoes get smelly from smelly feet. Period

If you have bacteria on your feet and they stink.... so will your shoes

Good. I've always wanted to know how to do that. I think I'm gonna finish up the call of duty campaign.

JFK is counting on ME to kill the German leader, Reznov Dragovich. He must be dealt with!
