It's actually not about having the other team not ready but just wearing them out. So in the off-season you work on conditioning so your players are the best conditioned on the field.

It's not bush league unless you're the type to think that a defending coach recognizing a long field goal could come up short so put someone back there to field it is just a luck play and not a smart play.

I have no legit concerns because my expectations are so low.

Giving up too many points and not scoring enough points.

Seriously, Cooper and bama passing game.

Bama front 7 is lethal. Can we run?

Turnovers and penalties- can we stop the pattern we have gotten into?

I'm a bit surprised how doom and gloomy you Auburn fans are in this thread I mean I know...Georgia, but still.

Sims having a bad game at home, drop passes, emotion getting too high (see DeAndrew White last year), Cyrus Jones, injuries, Marshall's ability to get YAC, Adam Griffith, and arm tackles.

This started out being a pretty good thread but it didn't even last a whole page.

This is why we can't have nice things. WTH?

defense didn't lose any of our three games....special teams blunders, penalties, turnovers, and a case of the drop-sies are what lost those games. when i think of what lost those games, defense isn't even part of the discussion. the D isn't good enough to carry the team on their back, sure, but if everyone else can stay disciplined, they can be serviceable enough. the D played well enough against georgia for as long as it could, but they got rewarded with piss-poor special teams play on 4th down. so in review, my analysis when playing bama is simple: stop doing stupid shite

No way you actually believe that. If Auburn plays their best game of the year, Alabama probably will need to do the same to win.

We are 3-3 the last 6 games with numerous turnovers and penalties.

I'm not "doom and gloom", just aware that we have issues that must be corrected to compete with a good football team.
