I'm done predicting AU. Useless.

Try predicting Arkansas this season, I'd say it's equally as unknown. "Breaking in" a new-ish QB that could either be a cool headed gunslinger or a mistake machine, an extremely talented but under-experienced o-line, a stable of RBs that all have question marks but some unknown combination of them will be top-tier, all mixed with the history of slow starts to becoming dominant towards the latter half of the season. We could either surprise a lot of people straight out of the gate or fall flat on our faces, we just don't know. It's hard to gauge right now especially with our top RBs either taking limited contact in the spring or possibly not even on campus yet.

By all accounts Austin Allen is a lot more calm and collected than Brandon, but he also has a tendency to take riskier throws and aim for the home run play way more often. He's been compared to Brett Favre, where he'll make some brilliant throws one minute and some head-scratchers the next, all in the name of going for broke. I think the extra turnovers he creates will balance itself out with the extra yardage gained from his tendency to go big and have a calm head under pressure, plus he's got a stable of 5-6 WRs and TEs that should more than help the transition.

Rawleigh Williams appeared to be back to his playing form from his short time before the neck injury during the spring game, but it was hard to gauge completely with him wearing the green no contact jersey. Super-super senior Kody Walker is out until fall practice with a broken foot, so he didn't participate. Devwah Whaley, who most expect to contribute right away like Rawleigh Williams last season, won't be here till fall.

We could honestly land anywhere from 5-7 to 9-3 this season depending on the above.

You do know you are coming to the Swamp?

I think USC will have a stout defense pretty soon but Boom cant do first year...second or third year...yes.

The best you can hope for this year honestly is probably 7-5 with 6-6 a possibility...the talent level has dropped as evidenced by last year. I know Boom will have you a very good defense soon....but can Mr Roper get Suzanne Somers to take off her blouse? (thats a TV movie sitcom in the 1970s for you kids called Threes Company with Somers, John Ritter (Slingblade) and Joyce deWitt...everyone watched to see Suzanne jump up and down, Mr Roper was landlord who lived next door).

You mean where we're 2-1 over the past 3 trips there? I'm expecting our defense to improve by default over last season, as it had no heartbeat or pride, and we all know that Muschamp will instill that into any defense he oversees.

I'm also expecting the offense to improve with a deeper and more experienced QB position, as well as deeper WR and RB positions. IMO we'll have more options than just having to rely on Pharoh Cooper to do everything for us like we did last season. Last season as badly as we stunk on both sides of the LOS, we lost to UK by 4 pts, at Texas A&M by a TD, at UT by 3 pts, and of course the shite-fest loss to Citadel by a point.

If we had anything like a team or a coaching staff that gave a damn we could have been bowl eligible last season.

Yeah we had to deal with Boom then, now we've cut that tumor out and you've puzzlingly grabbed it. You better hope that Boom is a miracle worker, because I have a feeling the USCe game could be the one game where Florida lets out a ton of frustration. I mean your AD thankfully made a hire that allows us to have a moment of catharsis in the form of a 40 point beatdown.

LSU seems to be the team to beat, they have the most talent and a favorable schedule, getting Miss. St., Ole Miss and Bama in the friendly confines of Tiger Stadium. I believe if they lose a game it will be to the Hogs.

I thank we go all the way to the SEC Championship. Dobbs looks like a freak and can play like one to. Hurd is the best RB in the SEC since Chubb is coming off an injury (hehe) and we are due to whoop Florida and Bammer.

Is "thank" the Tennessee dialect for "think"?

Bama, LSU, Tenn, Florida good to great.

With the way Auburn is, we do just good enough for Malzahn to keep his job, so we will be fricked for a few more years.

If things gel in the summer this has the potential to be the most complete team Saban has fielded while at Alabama. There is talent and depth at every position on the field.

Whoever the starting QB turns out to be they should be helped by the most talented and experienced receiving corps Alabama has had at any one time under Saban. And the defense should be solid as we return almost the entirety of our secondary as well as a good many of our linebackers and defensive linemen. Granted we're going to miss Reggie Ragland and Cyrus Jones on the back end, as well as A'Shawn Robinson and Jarran Reed on the line, but I feel like we'll be able to overcome it.

An 11-1 or 12-0 season isn't beyond reason.

Championship or bust with bust being more likely with losses along the front seven. Talent replaces talent but we lose a lot of experience on the dline.
