1)Defense, especially the front 7, should be pretty good this year, even for SEC standards.
2)Karl Dorrell is gone.
3)Baby giraffe Stephen Rivers is gone. frick LSU!
4)Andy Ludwig is in as OC and loves the ground game.
5)Ralph Webb is fixing to go off.
6)James Dobson came in as new S&C coach and has these guys ready to rumble.
frick it, I'm just going to keep working up my optimism. Nothing can break it...until next Thursday at least. My body is sooo ready.

WR. We lost all of ours but the guys we have taking over are going to be unreal. Steward, Foster, White, Ridley, Howard, Mullaney, Falkins.
Any QB should be able to distribute to those guys.
Also, secondary with all the 5 newly added 5stars the last 2 years. There is talent there for sure.

Fingers crossed we've figured out how to execute the newly legalized forward pass.
I'm not saying we're going to beat the likes of Yale or Princeton this year but Les has a want to win and I think this is really going to take off so I'll stay hopeful.

With LSU's O-line, RB and skill talent is is inconceivable that the passing game is so dam bad. He doesn't have to be Peyton Manning...

I believe the want is to execute this often over looked play (for obvious reasons) effectively one or two times a game to open up the running game.
