Actions do have consequences.

As for me, I'm glad we ended up with Gus at AU. I think he'll be a pretty good college HC one day, I just don't think he's ready.

Of course I don't think Kiffin was ready either, and he's been hired at two of the top 10 prgrams in college football history.

So what do I know.

im with you. I just think with how desparate Tenn is, they should just swing for the fence with Malzahn and see where it takes them. Never know.

I think we keep Malzahn for a while. Our staff seems tight and happy together right now and pretty much off the table to other programs.

Also, I am hoping the dumbass gumps help us by continuing to call his offense smoke and mirrors and make fun of him. Maybe that puts some doubts in people's heads though I doubt it. Everyone pretty much knows how dumb most gumps are anyway.

I dunno, I think there are a bunch of guys out there who would be better candidates. Someone just threw Jagodzinski's name out there, that would be one.

Not saying that just because I don't want Gus to leave AU (which I don't), but because I think they can find a more favorable risk/reward ratio elsewhere.

I can see that. No one wants a good thing to go.

I still think Malzahn. Fom the South, recruits the south, good christian man (Richt like)...a lot of postives with him.

So taking Kiffin was not a risk?
