I went back and read our threads on the Mizzou board when Baker was hired. No one was excited about it and two years later some of us are acting like the sky is falling because he’s leaving.
Tennessee was rumored to have interest in Baker as their DC while he was still at LSU and Rant fans chuckled that Tennessee was really reaching to hire him.
This time last year, some LSU fans were wondering if they would be able to hold onto House after his great year.
Around and round we go.

So why would you go back and look at all that if this wasn’t that big of a deal to you? You’ve been posting in many of these Baker threads and don’t really come across as a “friendly banter” kind of guy. You’ve made several snide remarks, in fact. Perhaps you are friendly, I really haven’t noticed your posts before today because our teams never really went back and forth like this very much in the past. In aggregate today, you come across as a someone who’s been scorned.
