His charge is "DUI-Less Safe" meaning he did not blow over .08, but he blew under .08 but because he's not 21, he catches the lesser DUI charge anyway.

Sorry Clemson, if he misses the opener it won't be from this charge.

I think we’ve all learned a valuable lesson here today.

So, not just drinking and driving - underage drinking and driving.

The point is he wasn't drunk.

All the pearl clutchers talking about putting other's lives at risk by driving drunk can all slurp his big muscular dirty black arse.

He wasn't drunk, so there's one reason he didn't feel like he needed an uber.

The reckless charge would be an indicator that the alcohol was affecting him.

If you drink a drop, you should not drive.

That’s actually significant. HUGE difference between having 2 beers and driving and having 2 6 packs. Not that that will slow the trolling down.

Just like all college kids, his parents need to tell him you don't need to drink to have fun. Just don't do it. Life will be immeasurably better

The legal limit for someone under the age of 21 is 0% so he was over the legal limit.

You do realize that having a DUI doesn’t mean you were drunk genius? That would be a DWI and driving under the legal limit doesn’t mean it’s safe
