Because he couldn't be developed at QB.

Jordan Jefferson had more wins at LSU than Ole Miss.

Honestly we're giving Saban/Les too much credit/blame here. Jimbo was still here through 2006 and was responsible for JaMarcus. After him it was Crowton ( ) until 2011.

Yall want to make an apples to apples comparison between 2008 and now, but it's just not the same. Zack was much improved under Cam last year. There's no reason we shouldn't be hyped about Harris, or Jennings (bowl game aside).

I guess three wins out of six tries at the Magnolia Bowl is something to brag about...considering it equals your actual bowl record during the same period maybe it is worth a cheer

What an odd timeframe to choose. Hmmm

Your teams greatest accomplishment is being .500 against LSU the last 6 years.

Lil bro gonna lil bro

And 10 years since your last 10 win season? Maybe it is worth a cheer

Yeah, and it's LSU.

Why do we constantly have to remind y'all that YOUR student body are the ones who came up with this name and trophy?

I never disagreed. I didn't start the thread. But you can't say, BH is going to be the real deal(not saying he won't be), when Miles has struck out on every one of his dual-threat QB's. It adds up. It's not like I'm slinging bullshite right here. He has not developed a dual-threat QB.

Didn't LSU start the trophy for the "Magnolia Bowl"?

Exactly, OM basis a successful season off of LSU and LSU basis success on championships. See the difference

Possibly, but I never, ever hear any of our fans call it that. Yunno, because we have real bowls to concern ourselves with.

It's not the same situation though. Cam is in charge of the QBs now. If it was still Crowton you and TA would have a point.

Serious question. Does the name Ryan Perrilloux mean anything at all to you? Yunno, SECCG MVP and junk.

He's half of the "dual threat" QBs that Miles has had. He's also much, much more similar (on the field) to BH than JJ ever was. Pull your head out of your own arse, and you might see that.

You're trying way too hard to pretend there's a trend when there simply isn't.
