Remember that time West Virginia lost to the Texas A&M team who got run-rules by Alabama 59-0? They are a worse cultural fit in the SEC than Missouri.

OP should make a deal to pool incomes with his poorest relative, and split the proceeds if he thinks WVU should be in the SEC.

Nice folks, beautiful state, but we're all making less money if they join.

Saban tried to get them in and Auburn blocked the vote from what I gather. We have Kentucky already, but getting in a North Carolina would be much more admirable IMO.

WVU offers no monetary incentive. It's about money, not fit.

We don't need any more bumpkins in the conference. We already have Tennessee.

Why? SO the SEC can expand with another crappy football program?

The SEC already has a middle tier former Big 12 program winning the SEC East and A&M hasn't done anything besides beat #1 Alabama, which upsets the traditionalist SEC fans and leadership.

Great move for the Nubs to go to the B1G.

They've become Minnesota without the academic chops.

West Virginia is an illegal state. And when Stonewall was born his birthplace was part of Virginia. Frick those yankee wannabe hillbillies.
