No contrition or admission that you've been proven wrong. Shocking.

A missed call by the refs is not even the same fricking argument. That was about a hypothetical situation, if the roles were reversed BAMA fans would be crying like LSU fans, and that just isn't true.

Interesting and expected.

Two words:
Patrick Peterson

You guys cannot objectively analyze a situation if your team is the beneficiary - at the expense of a competitor? Pathetic on your part.

Mk, yeah, my bad, a thread discussing UT/Bama and schedules. However, every post I see in it from you isn't about inequality and how that's holding LSU back but about good of the conference and staying on top. But whatevs on that point

I was arguing against permanent opponents, the same as i have done for at least 10 years, in the most effective way possible at the time of the posting.

No we don't. Everyone knew there would be a bridge, and the SEC wanted the two new teams to play the premier teams in the league as their first two opponents to kinda "put em on the map" if you will. A&M was in the West so they were already playing Bama so they got UF from the East. Mizzou was in the East, and well who's the premier program in the West??? Exxxaaaacctttllly. STOP YOUR BITCHING. Put your big boy pants on and win more games. Period.

Except this year you guys draw the 2 worst teams from the east by far. But hey, I don't give a frick. The disparity between LSU and Alabama football in actual reality is really fricking small and roles could just as easily be reversed with lsu winning the last 2 titles. But that is not the perception but its the reality. And I don't give a frick anymore. When its that close these little things you guys won't admit are "advantages", in reality it's fricking huge.

Anyone here actually believe they were going to let LSU win in 11? Think what that would have meant? Miles (the supposed buffoon) would have his 2nd NC and possibly the greatest college team of all time. Beat Saban 3/4 while he only had 1 title at bama.

Then our recruiting doesn't fall apart etc etc etc. destroying LSU has been job one, and its working, but the roles could EASILY be reversed. But it's not over, and idgaf.

The problem with this is that Ole Miss/Vandy and State/UK have no interest in losing a locked in game against another subpar program each year.

UGa gets that dumpster fire Au team past 2 years, USCe had a shitty Ark team last year, Ark got a Bottom dweller USCe team for many years, TAM had a shitty Mizzo team. UT got a sub par Bama team from 00-07

LSU got a shitty UF team in 2011/07/06-zook years. Plus UF wasn't supposed all that good last year and they actually weren't great hell they got stomped by frickin Louisville.

There's no way to make the schedule equal for everyone every year. Well, I guess we could go to the NFL model of scheduling but we'd have to add 2 teams and break up the divisions into 4s.

With all that said, the real problem is LSU fans are realizing that even thought they are at an all time high they are still behind Bama. Bama has the coach who resurrected the LSU program from two decades of suckdom and they know every year they are falling behind the Bama train. So they're lashing out and casting blame everywhere possible but at themselves. LSU fans see the trend, 3 in a row, 4 of the last 6. You had a lead when Bama was down but the Tide has changed, order has been restored and it's eating y'all up. No end in sight of Bama's dominance over LSU. Give you a night game boom lights out, let you play the rematch in your 2nd home with a huge crowd advantage boom can't cross the 50- shut out

It OK to admit that Bama is just better than you and it would probably be easier on your mental health to quit fighting the denial.

ROLL DAMN TIDE !

The PI was obvious and right in front of the ref.

The int that wasn't because Julio touched the ball first with a foot out of bounds=dead ball. You cant intercept a dead ball... and this has been my argument about that play since it happened.

Wouldn't doubt it for a second. People with a history of doing anything they can to cheat, will do the most of that with so much to gain at the present time.

Last 3 years LSU is 13-3 against the SEC West. Alabama is 12-4.
Yeah I forgot LSU doesn't count title games when it hurts their argument (You're really 13-4). My bad. Were my 5 year stats wrong??? How bout 10? LSU is 15-4 against East teams not named UF. The problem IS NOT the east schedule BS.

Your argumnet is nothing but a red herring.

LSU has never benefited competitively from the permanent opponent rule, but is being killed by it this year.

A rule that fosters unfairness in competing for divisonal titles should not stand. It is not fair to the players, fans, coaches or schools.

Long live the Alabama Dynasty by any means!
