False. This actually has nothing to do with Florida.

if they just admitted that yeah they like having the advantage then at least i can respect that. The administration has to hide behind Tennessee but I have no idea why their fans on here do other than just plain old dishonesty but i guess that's how they do things over there and it starts with the head coach.

Where was all the bitching when Tennessee was handing Alabama their arse? Did 'Bama fans incessantly whine about the permanent schedules when UT was pounding them like a prison slave?

When Georgia rotates back onto Alabama's schedule while LSU is playing Kentucky or Vandy, will LSU fans continue to bitch about the rotation then?

For frick's sake, if you couldn't beat an overrated Florida team that was raped by Louisville, maybe it's not the schedule you should be constantly bitching about...

Not just LSU.

Muschamp understands LSU's stance on moving from the current 6-1-1 format to a 6-2 format, which has two crossover rotators and no permanent opponent, but he believes the LSU game is too important to scrap.

According to Will Muschamp, "At the end of the day, a 6-2 format is probably the fairest format -- if you want to be honest -- but I do enjoy the rivalry."

Yes we like our rivalry game with UT, but not for the "advantage" reason, but because we are rivals, and want to beat their arse. We DGAF about this advantage shite.

Nobody hiding behind anything or being dishonest, that's just your paranoia and delusion. Unless you can provide a LINK.

. . from an LSU fan . . hot damn.

It's not fair that Florida plays Florida State.

It's not fair that we share a state with Auburn when LSU, Florida, Tennessee, and LSU have a state all to themselves.

It's not fair it's not fair it's not fair . .

I'm not going to sit here and say that Bama isn't getting a break with UT at the moment. But historically, and probably over time going forward, they will be on par with Florida. They are the second greatest program of all time in the SEC by many measures . .

LSU fans will just say UGA is overrated like they did in 08. Right up until Stafford/Moreno pulled their pants down and went in dry.

They'll say UK/Vandy are strong and then complain that Bama NEVER has to play teams when they're good. The REC pays everybody.

Nick Saban, 4 of 6, 3 of 4, 21-0, and AJ to Yeldon have finished off the coonasses. They will never, ever recover. This type of whining and meltdown will likely never be seen again. Well, until Saban retires an the REC throws $100m at Jim Harbaugh or Sean Payton

The majority of the SEC coaches want to delay going to a 9 game SEC schedule as long as possible.

As a result, you can expect temporary bridge schedules to continue until the SEC is forced into a 9 game schedule by the SEC Network contract.

With the Tennessee cupcake game up his sleeve, Saban can't wait for LSU to start getting Florida, and Georgia more often, and all of the big-3 from the East some seasons.

We have addressed the issue, many times.... The REC is running shite, SEC offices in Birmingham, Bama gets what they want, and us Bama fans love it. Case closed. Good day sir.

They haven't been on par with Florida for two decades and won't be over the next two decades. Their former advantages, whether they be financial or television related, simply no longer exist. Their instate talent pool is garbage.

Tennessee will not be Florida's equal going forward. Most years Florida will be the better team. What happened when segregation was legal and when very few teams were ever on TV doesn't matter anymore. Recruits today didn't even really understand what football was when Tennessee last won so much as a conference title.

There's nothing wrong with being honest about that.

Except the UT cross div. game didn't get set up till Saban came to BAMA right?

Alabama and Tenn should keep paying if it's so important, and so should Auburn and Georgia if they care. Everyone else should rotate accordingly without permanents.

Problem solved. Why don't Alabama fans support this? hypocrisy.

Well it kinda does in regards to your East schedule.

LSU is 8-1 against East teams not named UF in the last 5 years. LSU's problems are not being able to beat UF or SEC West teams on a consistent basis. Case closed.

Facts are facts, you still lost to Bama (And UF too) last year which kept you out of the SEC title game.

You lost to Bama in the Super Dome in '11 which kept you from winning the national title.

You lost to Auburn and Arky in '10 which kept you out of the SEC title game.

You lost to Bama and Ole Miss (And UF too) in '09 which kept you out of the SEC title game.

You lost to Bama, Ole Miss, and Arky (And UF and UGA too) in '08 which kept you out of the title game.

Most Alabama fans do support that. I don't give a frick if y'all play Florida or not. But don't tell me our 100 year rivalry is bullshite and needs to stop for the betterment of the league.

Nobody gives a frick about that game outside of your two fanbases. blah blah blah college football it's important blah blah blah. Yeah, college football still continued when a real rivalry in OU/Nebraska stopped playing every year. So will college football if y'all stop playing.

But honestly, if y'all want to keep playing them every year, great. Then stop whining about changing an inequitable schedule that only lets us play certain teams 1 time in ten years and propose changing the structure so we can rotate, and you can keep the status quo.
