Ingram averaged 3.3 ypc last night. The biggest difference in his performance this season is he finally lost weight. He's been a fat frick for the past few seasons. I guess it's easy to be motivated when that much money is on the line.

Huh? I''ve been told by Bammers on this very site that they absolutely do not care how their former players perform once they leave Tuscaloosa.

It was probably just some alabama fans who post on the site expressing that sentiment while others enjoy seeing former alabama players perform well at the next level.

Only if Alabama fans claimed he sucked all along. The guy averaged 3.3 yards a carry against the Panthers last night

People sometimes don't understand that Sean Payton can flat out coach tailbacks. He can pull a guy off the street and have him playing at a playoff level.

Ingram has 1 or 2 decent games and Alabama fans act like he is a candidate for the Hall of Fame. Says a lot about how much his career has sucked up until now

No Ingram is exactly what everybody has been say. He is a 3 yards per carry running back. The Saints used him on 50% of their Offense plays to produce 100 yards of Offense. Good thing they were playing the Panthers.

Yes, yes, yes, Ingram's the man. And yes, Bama is everybody's daddy. We get it.

But why y'all looking for so much validation lately? Feeling a little insecure?

Well there is a 50% probability that IronsPuppet and auburnphan23 are the same user based on their/his posting history, so that's no surprise.

Chill out, bruh. This topic has been popular for years now. It's been interesting to see how Ingram's career plays out.

I have no idea what Saints fans were legitimately expecting.

They are a passing offense and Drew Brees throws the ball 40+ times a game.

RB's in that system are utility players and even worse they do RB by committee.

To be honest the Saints were somewhat dumb for using a high round pick on a RB with that system. They should have taken a WR or O-line, or defense.

Contrast that to Green Bay and Lacy, where the running game is a much more central part of the offense and Lacy is THE back.

Lacy is the man.
Ingram is the man but hasn't been given a chance, getting his groove now.
Richardson, legit huge bust, very WTF.

In no way is he the man, but he has looked better this year and the end of last year.
