I'm hoping its 7 years with a big buyout through 5 on his end. And that it's $3M with incentives included. Otherwise I think we overpaid by at least $350k per.

It's not that it's a big connection from anything I've heard. The Romar connection was really strong. He was MP3's godfather.

1) if the Porters aren't coming, I'm not sure why we do this deal.
2). If they are coming, $3M is cheap. The Porters could get $1M by themselves from Ole Miss.
