If you'd have closed this with "book it," I would have been on board.

Vandy will NOT beat Florida. I'm thinking it'll be a major rout, maybe 41-7 or so.

And when did a win over W. Kentucky become a benchmark for success? They're good only in reference to their peers in the Sun Belt. That's not really good enough to beat even the weakest team in the SEC.

It probably WILL be a close game heading into the 4th quarter.

I like him. Well, no, not normally. Normally I'd be perfectly content seeing him suffer a fate worse than being a Tennessee fan if it weren't for the fact such a fate would have to be incredibly stomach-churning to watch. But right now, he has the smartest post on the entire Rant. Just goes to show that even a stopped clock is right twice a day. Or, more specifically in Phil's case, even a Julian calendar will occasionally mesh with the proper Gregorian one every few centuries.

Vandy faces a humbled team almost every week in scrimmage. We have vast experience beating losers.

Edit: This may hurt some feelings, but most Vandy fans are far more interested in the Auburn game than the Florida one.

Well, yes. I already made fun of us. You're just piggybacking on the joke.
