State. Better conference record, we are 8-1 in our last 9 SEC games. They lost 2 to UGA this weekend and our RPI is 13 spots higher. Doesn't really matter though. It'll settle itself out this weekend.
I think that is fair.
But it should have been different previously, not this week. Regardless I am all for fixing the poll even if it is not convenient to the most recent results.

Don't see why they couldn't plan ahead and extend that mutual scheduling 2 weeks longer
Wouldn't seem like a big deal but you would have to have the other minor league teams agree to the swap or set it up with the minor league association before the season. Does Mo. State get decent home attendance?

not sure about this year, but last year they averaged about 1900/game. You'd have to think that number goes up for tournament play. The Springfield Cardinals, the team they share the stadium with, averaged ~4700/game last year.
Regardless, if this was done every year as a buffer, I don't think it would be a big deal at all, but they seem to make arrangements assuming they won't host and get into the situation of having a scheduling conflict.

That isn't bad, you have to think there is more going on. I'm sure the fans aren't happy about it.

The only other big reason I could see is if for some reason the minor league team would have to give away some home games for what ever reason. Doesn't seem like a big enough deal not to adjust for but never know. Maybe they have an agreement that was signed or agreed upon awhile back.
