Ankles and wrists down you when they touch the ground. They are not considered part of feet / hands.

Down at the 1

I'm an idiot? OK.

Love how they include the squib kick fumble but not the unnecessary roughness that would have sealed the game when the Tennesssee player dragged Thompson around for ten seconds after the whistle.

This is the call everyone should complain about. If that's not targeting a defensless player or at minimum helmet to helmet i dont know what is

It's actually forearm and shin. Although the horse collar rule was to prevent players from being pulled down backwards exactly like what happened in the play.. just unfortunate for the guy really.

You definitely don't know what is. He was a runner, not a defenseless player by rule.

Yes, you are a fricking moron. I believe a former VP of NFL referees has said the ankle is considered part of the foot. Do you have anything that says differently? Not anything from Wikipedia or the like either.

exactly and if you just move down and grab the jersey like that and pull then it works just like a horse collar. pulling him down from behind wont hurt him but add the jumping on the legs and boom injury.

Yep. Launches himself into a helmet-to-helmet with a person on the ground. Textbook targeting foul.
