Got to read that whole sentence, you can't take it out of context.

thanks
I'm glad I was banned for a bit. Maybe now the ags can STFU about the unfair administration on a website that they choose to post on daily.

I'm as big a LF fan as anyone, but this isn't true. LF has been better, so far, but it's still close.
56 for 468 (8.36 YPC) and 4 TDs.
47 for 387 (8.23 YPC) and 6 TDs
I agree with all of this. Fournette's has come against better competition, but time will also tell how good Vandy's defense actually is. Fournette has had the more impressive runs and dear lord can he truck some defenders, but I still think Chubb's vision is a little bit better. Having outstanding vision shouldn't penalize Chubb. I agree with your rankings as of now, but I'd probably put a little bit more distance between Henry and the top 2 guys.
1. Fournette
2. Chubb
3. Henry
4. Williams
5. Collins
I think Michel might be in your top 5 after this week. Once again though, very solid list and research.

Henry has done his work against 2 ranked opponents. He's a solid 3, easily.

In some instances where the choice is close, a subjective eye test is also taken into account
The numbers are close? Fournette with more TDs and Chubb with more yards but 8.2 vs 8.4 on YPC. The difference seems to be the one game missing for LF. Which is why I'd personally say the eyeball test would shoot LF up another level.

quote:That is still debatable, but probably true. Production wise, there is a gap between Henry and LF/Chubb, but Henry has his best production against the best opposition. That is went he is closer than the raw numbers indicate.

Normally we could plug a "Bama's OL makes their RB look better than they are". But that doesn't work this year when you consider the OL LSU fields. It's full of NFL talent as well.
Henry is a beast.

You've yet to contribute anything worth reading in this thread. If you didn't watch enough football Saturday to discuss anything worthwhile, maybe you should go to the off topic board.

I'm giving you homework cas. Read the op 3 times before responding. This isn't about Vegas, heisman odds in week fricking 3, nfl potential, or all the other fan fodder. It is about on field production. It is close.
The greatest trick WDE ever pulled was convincing people this wasn't a troll thread. It is my favorite thread of the season. My only regret is Alabama's running back isn't good enough for the three spot in the ranking to really rankle Updyke Nation.

Come on rick. What is wrong with the rankings this week?

While your edit is slightly more accurate, it was still not a one man show. Harris accounted for 3 TDs. If you delete that part in the OP then I think we can finally agree.

I don't know what to tell you, Cas. I've had your back throughout the whole thread. I'm just a solution man. Trying to make you happy.

Why do you guys keep suggesting Les Miles' seat is hot? It's laughable at this point.
