quote:Ummmm, he has played in an additional game. CAP averages 134.7 yards from scrimmage at rate of 5.9 per play and has played tougher competition than Hansborough.
Then Hansbrough should be ahead of Artis-Payne. He has more yards and a higher YPC.
Hansborough averages 97 per game at a 6.3 per touch rate. Given the difference in competition and CAP's almost 40 more yards per game, they are in the proper order.

They essentially have the same yards per touch
Robinson: 7.8 YPC
Gurley: 9.8
No, they are not essentially the same.

You are just butt hurt. It will be o.k.. Gurley is still a pretty good RB. He probably won't make it all year without getting injured, but when he isn't sucker punching somebody, he is fun to watch.

Yards per touch. running backs catch the ball out of the backfield as well as run it.
Gurley: 8.7
Robinson: 8.6
Yards per game
Robinson: 145.8
Gurley: 133.7
Games against best opponent:
Robinson v. LSU: 201 yards and 11.1 per play
Gurley v. Clemson: 193 yards and 12.1 per play
Like I said, it was a close call.

You can make up any excuses you want. Josh Robinson doesn't go down on first contact. He just pinballs off of you and keeps on going. He's earned the top spot up until this point in the season.
Are you suggesting that Gurley does? Cause...

hey look gurley should be 1st. You answered it yourself

My butt feels fine, actually. You're just a stupid person who's clinging to the idea that Gurley is all hype, even as the evidence continues to mount to the contrary.

Endless Gif's + Butthurt UGA Fans = Josh Robinson

Aubies still hate Gurley for not getting booted from UGA. They really wanted him.

Kid is a great runningback. I really enjoyed watching him the other night against LSU. Great performance. To suggest he's better than Gurley is just kinda dumb. But then again, this is a completely arbitrary list created by a message board poster in order to spark discussion, and it's working. No one's butthurt, since it doesn't really matter. Just engaging in discussion and presenting our argument of why the original post is flawed.

Payne averages 5.5 yards a carry and has gotten 3 of his 4 TD's against San Jose St. He's a slow back that goes down on first contact and doesn't belong in any top RB list
Georgia and Alabama alone have 7-8 backs that are better.

One thing I've learned on this website is that if you disagree with an Auburn fan, one of them will call you butthurt within the next ten minutes without fail. You can set your watch to it.
