No Muschamp took the program to all time lows. First losing season since 1979. First loss to fbs school. Most yds ever given up in a single game. I admit it, I hate the dumbass.

Do you thing man It's just tough to convince people that you're happy with where your program is at and where it is headed when you are so heavily berating your previous HC

"4 Auburn Players Arrested on Drug Charges". While technically true, that's 100% click bait that intentionally gives the impression of something worse than driving around with some weed in the car. I guess it was too much to say "Misdemeanor Marijuana"

Oh, and props to the REC doing work. Won't hear another word about Bo Davis now.

Pretty much sums the entire deal up.

With all the politics of it aside and as scholarship athletes who could/should be crucial to their team who could assuredly use the help, they should not be smoking pot, offseason or not - but I'm not gonna act like I was above it in college. Smoking pot is awesome as long as you make the right choices with it and don't get caught.

It's unfortunate, but a misdemeanor pot charge is not gonna break someone's future in 2016 America. Have them run stadiums till they puke everyday for a week this summer and be done with it.

Bottom line - it's stupid and it should piss off coaches and teammates because it jeopardizes the team just like riding around on a skateboard or getting in fights or doing other dumb stuff does.

But I have a hard problem taking it to the level of "menace to society/criminal" level. That's just kind of silly.

Four Auburn football players were arrested on Saturday and charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession. Sophomores Byron Cowart, Carlton Davis, Ryan Davis and Jeremiah Dinson were arrested at 11 p.m. Saturday on charges of sec0nd-degree possession, The Opelika-Auburn News reported

Second degree marijuana possession means a person possesses marijuana for personal use only.

"I am aware of the situation and we will handle this matter appropriately," Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn said in a statement.

I know that was probably a joke, but that is honestly what needs to happen. Not necessarily for the teams sake or the players sake but so that four people don't get a record instead of the one that should've and didn't nut up in the moment. By the way I'm not saying it should be blamed on Dinson, I'm saying whoever should take the charge should just take it and handle it.

Can you retroactively do this through the police/lawyers and get that to happen, as in one person claim it and everyone else is cool? I genuinely do not know.

He was actually all over Nick Marshall calling him a thug and saying he should be kicked off the team. That's when I first remember disagreeing with him.

Man, Malzahn is in some deep shite. If he doesn't at least make it to Atlanta I think he's done. Some Auburn fans think I may even be being too optimistic.

Why do we assume the weed only belonged to one person? Is it possible it was purchased for all four to enjoy?

Coaches have said this is one of the toughest times to keep kids out of trouble after Spring practice is complete. They count on the conditioning coach and team leadership to help keep the players focused.

Every team should worry about kids getting in trouble.
