There's a GIF of it on Powermizzou, unfortunately that helps noone though.

I recorded the game on my DVR and just looked at the play (~10:49 mark of the 4th quarter). I don't know if it was a cheap shot, but it was definitely unnecessary as Franklin had already gotten rid of the ball. A UGA player picked Franklin up and slammed him on his shoulder.

Dunno about cheapshot, but that should've been a 15 yard penalty.
