There is a very large R&D center owned by the school in N Austin, and the university has done well in updating on-campus buildings and building new ones.
J. J. Pickle facility is known for keeping their stuff under wraps pretty good. Lot of direct military (Navy esp) applications from their research.

Too bad this has nothing to do with your football program.

FYI to both UT and ATM - AU and bammer alums/fans chuckle daily at your supposed rivalry.
I don’t have any hate for Ags. Had and likely will have more immediate family attend. It’s a great education.
BTW, the IB rivalry seems to have cooled quite a bit too.

Dude, one of the largest energy industry employers in Texas doesn't even send recruiters to UT Austin due to sub-par results from hiring there. Don't lecture about stuff you know nothing about. Did you attend either school?
Jethro....is that you?

You’ll see that I mentioned UF as being up there with them. UGA is not in the same ballpark.
But hey, even with the watered down list …
Where’s Texas A&M?
Not on it.

Because salary outcomes seems to be the big disconnect between the scores of the two schools.
Yep. Lots of very prestigious UT grads out there every day engaging in very important high level discussions about classic art and literature and their impacts on society during the down times while their drive through lines aren't too terribly long.

Anyone can arbitrarily make a list and add a bunch of schools to it.
How exactly do you think the original "public ivies" came to be?

Poo raggy trying to stroke that flaccid micro peen but it's fooling no one. Not even then sheep can get you hard anymore.

They have UF as the #15 school overall and the #1 public school. That's kinda suspect.

I think we should rank in top ten of public universities. Not sure about number one, though.

I would say it depends on the college. A&M cannot compete with the liberal arts college. Business college are both quite good but Mays is ahead of McCombs. Engineering is good at both.

Aggie still hasn't figured out that schools that brag about academics in the SEC are typically LOSERS.

Not sure where in the heck you got that from? AU might have fallen off a bit in the last three years, but we are still by far the most painful losses of the Saban era, and most of his losses in the SEC at that.
