Rashad Johnson went from walk-on to All-American, you can't do it much better than that...but my personal favorite was a LB named Darren Mustin. That guy gave it his all on every play, and was one hell of a leader on the team. He was named a permanent captain, and his cleats and hands are in the concrete at Denny Chimes.
