They are taking the Ole Miss approach of denial. There is no NOA, there is no rape. It worked out great for us so far

Actually we aren't denying anything. Just pointing out that this is a lawsuit that for the most part is alleging claims that both Drae Bowles denies and the victims were not present at.
It also alleges that "Turn Down for What" is contributing to a rape culture. So, I think it's safe to question the validity of the claims.

Come on man there are kids out there sleeping on couches, keeping loaner cars for far too long.

Agreed. But the fact that it was actually in the lawsuit for contributing to this culture is pretty fricking crazy

Honestly I saw it on yahoo top of the page and live in Tennessee so I was curious about whether this was old news or what. Everyone needs to calm down around here.
