Ole Miss fans have been trying to push this story all week to deflect from their own

O we're all well aware of the Ole Miss story going on. Do have to say it's a pretty big statement of how far Ole miss has come in recent years, fans of Alabama, LSU, etc.. are more concerned about Ole Miss getting in trouble than UT. If this Ole Miss investigation had happened during the Orgeron years when we were terrible, nobody would even talk about it. If this UT lawsuit had happened with Fulmer when UT was relevant, that's all anyone would want to talk about. Things have really changed. It would be interesting to see if the NCAA would be spending more time in Knoxville if they had beaten Saban twice.

Not really. It's not the kind of story normal people use to troll other schools with. Now people who are desperate because they have the NCAA breathing down their throats are another matter. They apparently lack the wherewithal to realize you don't troll allegations like rape. It's classless.

That is a lie, it is exactly the type of story tRant trolls with here.

Do not get mad and do not try to act like some classy person above it all.

Whether anything in the lawsuit is true or not this makes UTk look terrible. Perception and all that.

the best part, is that this isn't Tenn first or second rodeo with this type of shite.

for christs sake, they named a trophy, for programs who are running a muck after their former head coach.

It wasn't the Fulmer cup, because Tenn was running a clean program.

Vols getting the death penalty. Dammit, there goes one of our automatic wins.

Tennessee has never won the Fulmer Cup. However, the school of the assholes who named it, Florida, has won it.

And that's the problem with shite like this, it's a straight up money grab and even if you're completely innocent (I'm not saying we're completely innocent), the damage is done by the mere accusation.

And calling it a money grab, whether true or not makes the UTk fans look like the FSU fans we all mocked. It makes you look like you don't care about the female victims, whether they are victims or not.

In other words, y'all fuct.

Nah we good. Once the plaintiff travels down the road of blaming rap music for an alleged sexual assault, it's done, it's over.

That is precisely why I think they should pay the extortion money and be done with it. You can't win a case like this, you can only do damage control. That said, UT being UT will probably drag it out as long as possible.

I think they'll settle and it'll be out of mind by the O&W game.

They wouldn't. There's actually precedent for Tennessee beating Alabama.

It certainly is a blow to our PR whether those players did anything or not, and that's the frustrating part. Like I said in an earlier post, I thought our coaching staff did all they could to handle it the right way with the info they had at the time, so they shouldn't take any blame in this situation regardless. Also some of the points in that lawsuit are REALLY stretching things.
