USCe will be lucky to win 5 games this year and no Im not joking.

Really going out on a limb there, considering Carolina only won three last year.

It's already been going on. When Champ took over in December we were ranked in the 70's for recruiting, we finished with the #24 class. That's a HUGE jump for just being involved a few months.

We're currently at #22, and our staff has only been in place 6 months. We'll probably finish this cycle around the high to mid teens in the rankings. Champ and staff already have us leading for 2 5*'s in the '18 cycle. It's all happening right now.

24 in 2016 and currently 22nd? That's less than spurrier recruiting, certainly no better.

Who are the 2 five stars you speak of for 2018?

Thomas and Belk.

He's been in the job 6 months. Spurrier's first class ended up #23 in 2005 on Rivals. Boom is doing well in recruiting. You don't know what you're talking about...again.

Thomas and belk who?

Compare the 2013-15 classes to 16 and 17, and you will see what I am talking about. Point is, I am not making bs up as you claim.

Xavier Thomas and Josh Belk

How is comparing Spurrier's first class to Muschamp's first class not relevant? Also considering that Spurrier had more time for that short window before NSD than Muschamp did.

Doesn't look like sc leads alone for Thomas and belk is not a 5 star.

If we want to see if recruiting is improving or not, we need to compare current recruiting to where recent recruiting was.

USC by 10 or more. They were basically without a coach last year and still kept a lot of games close that they had no business being in. Spurrier got lazy and blamed his failures on a lack of talent. There is still enough talent on that team to get 6-8 wins if someone can properly coach them. The Muschamp hire really puzzles me though.

I dont think Spurrier is lying about the lack of talent.

Largely because of his lackluster approach to recruiting. And saying he had 2-3 more years and then backtracking to say 4-5. He fricked up our recruiting at the end of his run, not that it was anything elite to begin with.

Eventually "how long will he be there" caught up to him.

Spurrier owned Georgia with that lack of talent.

Toilet bowl comes early. Hard to believe USCe football is such a terrible program now.

Ole Miss's definition of elite or not terrible is laughable. We never stopped being terrible. We had a decent run of three 11 win seasons. That doesn't change our overall history, just shows potential.

Ole Miss hasn't even tasted THAT. Stop thinking you're something that you've never been.

Uh no. Sc used to have much more talent. Did you miss the game this past year? That's what happens when the talent level drops. He only owned Uga when he had a lot more talent
