yeah since June/July I have said we will lose this game and then probably one more. Pete Boone is an idiot for scheduling this one, a loss was bound to occur.

You are either the biggest idiot or worst troll ever.

Going with both.

if you didn't have electricity could you make that post? Exactly. How can we win if we don't even have electricity.

How would you feel if the rest of the posters had electricity (USC) and you (Ole Miss) did not? My point exactly.

if they don't do that we win this game for sure. How are you supposed to win when you can't even relay your plays in? Cheap way to win IMO.

I like this excuse. I also like the "we-only-beat-Tennessee-by-10-cause-we-had-the-flu" one, too.

And the "damn-NCAA-took-our-schollies-and-tried-to-arse-rape-us" excuse is a damn strong excuse!

Out of Ole Miss' last 3 losses.. 2 of them have been to SC.. and you think no electricity is why we beat you?

Wasn't born yet. But heard the story several times. Ran like 4 plays in 10 seconds. One of which the QB scrambled.

I also remember hearing about the sign going over the Vicksburg bridge saying "welcome to Louisiana, please set your clocks back 4 seconds"

And the rest of the story: the clock operator was from Tupelo (not an LSU employee, but the conference) and his daughter was attending Ole Miss at the time.

I am close to making this my sig quote. Scheduling an SEC team? I agree, especially when you ALREADY have to play in the SEC.

WTF was Pete Boone thinking when he scheduled them out of conference? In fact, how do you think the rematch will go in 3 weeks?

Since ya'll were obligated to play them in conference this year, I gues this out of conference affair doesn't count in the standings.

I figured a team from MS would be used to not having power. Poor excuse.
