Hadn't thought about him. Good coach. He has never coached outside Ohio though, so I wonder how his recruiting would do.

He is proving his defense is becoming less effective by the year. Even with all those 5*s. You want him running USC with 3 and 4*s?

You go all in for Jim Tressel first, he doesn't come with any sanctions now, recruits like a beast and wins a ton.

it was a joke, doubt SC would offer him given his famous 'tweet that' rant from few years ago.

i'm going to miss Spurrier, all sports need villians like Spurrier to keep things exciting

Go lol at all your fellow bama fans that have already been calling for his head. Bama's talent hasn't dropped off but his defense is nowhere near the level they were 5 years ago.

Chad Morris would make sense since he's recruited in the Carolinas and SEC country. However, he's originally from Texas so not sure if he'd want to leave SMU.

Is SC really a better program than Ms State? If it is I'd say only slightly. But, perhaps Mullen thinks he can do better in the east.

I don't see anyway Chip Kelly or any other NFL coaches take that job. Especially with USCw opening.

I bet Petrino would love another shot in the SEC. I also wonder if Tuberville has any interest in coming back. Recruiting is probably easier on Tubs where he is now.

I don't see any reason why Justin Fuente wouldn't be a good hire except for such a short tenure as a head coach. I wonder how he'd do recruiting.

VERY interesting rub on that one.

We all know who Jessica Dorrell is. We knew she was engaged to Josh Morgan, and they DID end up getting married after all that went down. Guess where Josh works now....

AL F*cking Golden

He's a pariah in Miami and he at least has some ties down South now. I think it would be a good fit.

Local media here seem to think former UofL OC/current WKU HC Jeff Brohm is going to get a call.

the media in Louisville may have missed the last time a coach from Western was given a chance to coach at South Carolina. if Tanner calls Brohm/WKY it will be to schedule a game for 2017, as we only have 3 OOC right now.
