If this was true then you would have sealed the deal when you were recruiting the hell out of him and saved us all some misery.
I think he was a Chiz-plant.

frick Bobby Petrino. He kicked starting tackles off the team for legal fake weed at Arkansas, wouldn't recruit thuggish personalities, rode a high horse all the way into the ditch, and now he's scooping up talent regardless of circumstance.
Fuuuuuuuuck that guy. I have a feeling when he comes here to recruit he's going to have to do it incognito and slip out in the cover of night.
BMFP is a wolf. That fake weed will kill you. He did them a favor

He was 50/50 to stay on the team and was likely to be suspended for a few games after the theft by deception thing

You are starting to figure out how we operate. What's funny is, you thought we ever took Tray off the payroll. Now run along and eat a salad.

The AU fans have tried to troll to the fullest extent in this thread and the UGA fans have been too elated to care. A new day indeed. Pruitt may have just earned himself an avi position.

Everybody oughta learn on here. Auburn is apparently the master of cash payments. we could teach the CIA and the NSA about how to keep our bagmen quiet. We got this shite right here.
So this kid gets dismissed from Georgia. Where is it written he has even talked to Auburn?

I've got people I haven't talked to in months who are sending me texts in which they are ecstatic. I was almost too excited to contain myself when I originally got the news.

Personally I think mathews just said that to rustle the jimmies of the leghumper fan base. I suspect he hasnt talked to anybody official at AU. Though perhaps he has talked to Wiggins and the other dawgies gone to Lville.

Aubs, are you expecting Adam Griffith or Cyrus Jones to transfer to Auburn and walk-on? Just wondering. We'll happily give them to you

I doubt he talked to any other school prior. Apparently, a professor wrote a letter to Richt about an occurrence and that was the last straw. Tray probably didn't know he was going to be playing for another team this Fall until Richt informed him.
Let me try to explain why most UGA fans on here are not exactly crying over spilled milk. As athletically talented as many of these secondary players were, they were completely unreliable from a day to day basis so it was a complete drag on the team to have them take up valuable practice reps but then be AWOL come game time due to various infractions. I don't know whether or not the team can recover from such a dearth of depth in the secondary this year, but at least it is a step in the right direction.
As for UGA problems under Richt, exactly why do you think the guys on your team are so straight and narrow? Look at all the trash that came to light after Meyer left Florida and Chizik left Auburn. Also, maybe the swift kick in the arse that UGA is willing to mete out on a yearly basis gets some of the kids bouncing down the right path.
Regardless, as a UGA fan, I am just looking forward to players that can actually be counted on to be in the lineup come game time.
