9-9 in league play would be tough for Alabama to get in, unless they win a couple games in the SEC Tournament, IMO. They've got some work to do.

LSU either needs to win out and win the conference (control their own destiny), or go 3-1, and make the final of the SEC Tournament.

Both teams shot themselves in the foot on Saturday.

Alabama has to win at Georgia now. If we win at Georgia and win a game in Nashville we are probably in. If we lose at Georgia then we have to beat Kentucky or A&M in the conference tournament in our 2nd game.

State loss was pretty devastating.

State will probably get South Carolina or A&M down the stretch, so you guys won't be alone.

Losing to them sucked because of the timing and their current RPI, but that team they put on the floor is a middle of the pack SEC team. They have guards who can score and a solid big man, and they get after it on defense.

Agreed. We aren't nearly as bad as our 12-14 record looks. We have lost SO many close games this year.
Southern - 4
Texas Tech - 2
UMKC - 5
A&M - 1
Kentucky - 6
Tenn - 5
Florida - 3
Bama - 2

We are in desperate need or a 2nd big game, to just come in and play solid D and rebound. if we had that, we would be a bubble team.

We suck arse on the road, so I expect a loss.

Well done! I did a doubletake, thinking I must be somewhere else.

Losing to them on your home floor is a majorly different than losing to them on the road.
