Seriously, it doesn't matter. You guys were a dumpster fire on offense last year too and Les decided to just give LF the ball every play against A&M and he made them all fall down and die.

LF will have 30 carries for 285 yards or something against A&M. Go ahead and bookmark it.

If he does I really thinks he wins. It will be tough IMHO for enough people to vote for Henry when you put their stats up side by side. But I also think there is a chance LF and Henry screw each other out the Heisman

I think this is very possible, especially if Mayfield or Eliot close with a huge bang.

If Eliot goes off the last 3 weeks I think he might steal it.

Or a qb steals it. I mean if Henry, LF, and Elliot all finish with 1800+ yards how do the voters chose between the 3? They wont, they will just pick the QB. That is why I think LF is the only running back with a chance. Because fair or not he has the sexy back story. Just like Ingram had the "no Bama player has won the Heisman" storyline. It takes something different for a RB to win these days

Coleman had the most 1st place votes last week in the ESPN poll and had a horrible game in their biggest one of the year. He's out of it.

LF will be sitting at home when Henry is playing in the SEC Championship game with all the Heisman voters watching...

The backstory needs to be carrying the team to victory which is why, in part, Ingram won it.

Thats fine......... That certainly helps Henry. But LF leading him in every single category will help him They will both have cases.(assuming LF has big last two games and Henry continues his stretch) It is merely a guess what the voters will do. Hell, some are biased as shite

I dont think that was the backstory for Ingram that helped. The media ran the "no Bama player has won it" over and over and over and over.

Not sure I agree. Zeke already averages more per carry and has more total yards (receiving included). If he goes for 450 or so over the next 3 weeks and OSU goes 13-0, he'll be at over 2,000 total yards on an undefeated team

I just hope one of the RBs wins it this year, as those are 3 teams very dependent on them

Its going to be funny seeing your reactions when LF7 doesn't win.

Why? As of now I dont think he does. I have stated that multiple times in here. I said IF he goes for 450+ these next two games with the A&M game being 270+ I think he does win. However, I dont see that happening

It's very possible that Henry goes for:
100 vs Charleston Southern
200 at Auburn
150 vs Florida

So the separation between Elliot and Henry would be razor thin.

It would be really tough to tease out the two, but I think Henry gets it, because he'll also have more TDs.

Yep, don't overlook how regional the Heisman voting often is. Voting for the Heisman is usually has some of the most regional bias among any major award. For example you could have everyone in Big 10 country giving Elliot 1st place votes and everyone in the SEC splitting 1st and 2nd votes between Henry and Fournette.

See I think Elliott may get it because his team would be undefeated

I wouldn't mind either winning it honestly

Stats will be close and they both have the potential to go for 200+ in each of their remaining games

Really? You mean like this:

vs. Non - Conference Opponents
Fournette - 209.00 ypg
Henry - 98.33 ypg

vs. Conference Opponents
Henry - 166.14 ypg
Fournette - 141.17 ypg

vs Un-Ranked AP Opponents
Fournette - 184.00 ypg
Henry - 128.14 ypg

vs Ranked AP Opponents
Henry - 187.00 ypg
Fournette - 123.33 ypg

vs FBS non - Power 5 Opponents
Fournette - 191.50 ypg
Henry - 74.00 ypg

vs FBS Power 5 Opponents
Henry - 163.75 ypg
Fournette - 155.86

Yeah. Whatever. People take their vote seriously and they'll deep dive into those numbers and see that LF was padded against lesser competition and didn't rise up to the moment while Henry saw fewer carries against lesser competition and rose to the challenge in the biggest games.

So lets say your numbers happen vs auburn.

Henry will be at :

1908 yards, 146 yds/game, about 6.25 ypc(I assumed carries of 15,25,25 his last three games

Lets assime LF goes 150 and 270(I use this b/c this is his only shot for arguments sake)

He will be at;

1894 yards, 172 yds/game, 6.92 yards per carry(I assumed carries of 30,30)

Lets assume Elliot goes 150+ all three games remaining:

1875 yards, 144 yards/game, 6.35 yards per carry(I assumed carries of 25,25,25)

So here is the side by side comparrion

Henry 146yds/ game 6.25 YPC
LF 172yds/game 6.92 YPC
Elliot 144 yds/game 6.35 YPC

So, without being a homer LF will have a pretty big lead statistically, plus he will have the preseason and recruiting media hype for him. Elliot and Henry will have the undefeated team help for them. Would make for a very interesting vote
