I don't care much for affirmative action for blacks or Hispanics but I have even more of a problem with affirmative action for women. At least there's something of a case blacks may still be harmed by discrimination their ancestors faced.
On the other hand we all have an equal number of male and female parents grandparents etc. So how can you really argue women are hurt by past sexism any more than men are? If my great grandma would have become a billionaire had it not been for sexism, that harms me too. Even though I'm a man it harms me just as much as it harmed my sister. I very well could be Donald trump right now running for president now after inheriting a fortune if my great grandma had been a billionaire.

Any chance that they could make a safe space out of the vacated office?
