I'll gve it a shot. there are many more qualified Georgia fans that can do a better job, but I'll try.

1. Make our QB beat you. We have a tFR QB that tries to force the ball into coverage at times. If he does it Saturday there will be turnover opportunities for Miss. State.

2. Control the LOS when Georgia has the ball. Our OLine is improved, but still only average. If you can control our OLine, you can stop our running game.

3. Find a way to stop Lorenzo Carter. He will line up on your RT. If LSU was an indication, your RT seems to be your weak link. Carter will exploit him and put pressure on Fitz.

4. If you try to double up on Carter, you will have Thompson camping out in your backfield. he is strong, fast and aggressive. He will push a single OLineman backward, so a double team on him is almost necessary.

5. You might be able to exploit a young secondary. We will (Probably) have Malkom Parrish (CB) back this game, and that will be huge for us. If your Oline can hold off a big rush, and give Fitz time to throw the ball you can have some success.

Our defense is fast, aggressive but disciplined. So far, they have done a good job of playing their positions and not giving up big runs. If you want to move the ball on Georgia, you will have to be able to throw the ball. Pass protection is paramount as our rush is very good, even while rushing 4.

Players to watch on our offense is Terry Godwin, D'Andre Swift and, of course, Nick Chubb/Sony Michel.

On defense the key players are Roquan Smith, Davin Bellamy and Lorenzo Carter and Trent Thompson.

Watched the game last night and LSU quit that game. Who knows what would of happened if they hadn't. Don't count on us quitting. Also don't count on Fitz running on us, look at ND an App St's QB rushing stats in their other two games. ND has almost 1k rushing yards in 3 games, they had 53 against us. Our D is too fast to gash running the ball. Roquan will run you down and if he miss's which he won't, JR or Lacounte will smash you with no regard for your health. Good luck. Oh and the 1/Chubb 2/Sony 3/Swift 4/Herrian 5/Holyfield punch will wear out your front seven and break yur secondary's spirts. Kirbs has build us a mini Bama. Cream rising to the top.

UGA's keys to beating MSU...

Don't come out on y'all first drive and get dick slapped by the ref on a bull shite call on a 67 yard TD pass

Complete momentum breaker and set the tone for the rest of the game.

Legit call. Rule doesn't say for the ref to read minds on if the wr meant to impede the db. Just says he cannot impede db after line of scrimmage. Cut. And dry. Anybody can do it and make it look unintended. But funny how he made a B line right to the db and collided with him.

I think MSU fans better think about two things. First, it's a road game and UGA will be pumped up. Secondly, we just came off a big emotional win. We have a young team and it's hard to get kids up to play at a high emotional level back to back weeks. Those 2 things right there could make all the difference.

I'll preface this by saying I have seen all State games start to finish and I saw a good bit of the UGA/ND game.

1. Game comes down to what all big SEC games boil down to. LOS play. If MSU can't stop the bigtime UGA running game, it's over. I'm sure they will try to make Fromm make plays.

2. Can MSU move the ball consistently? UGA won't allow the open areas lsu did. If MSU can't win first down and Fitz must throw, trouble.

3. Turnovers. Can either team force turnovers to create a short field?

4. MSU has not been in a tight game. UGA was in a battle at South Bend even with a ton of UGA fans in attendance. Battle tested. Can MSU win a tight game in the 4th quarter of a night SEC atmosphere?

5. Tennessee is looming for UGA, but I think the MSU/lsu game has the UGA attention. MSU can't rely on UGA peeking ahead. Does MSU have their heads in the lsu postgame euphoria? I think MSU is playing with confidence, but if things go south, do they have the mental toughness to make it a 4th quarter game?

6. Intangibles. Fitz playing in his home state. The Grantham history. The upstart MSU Bulldogs playing an SEC East favorite. These big SEC games are what it's all about. Fun.

Off radar comment. Preview of the SEC Championship game? lol

Both UGA and MSU are notorious for crapping the bed at the most inopportune moments. Georgia has had more opportunity, which is a compliment to the success of their fine program. Which team feels the internal pressure of early success and which team can blindly forge ahead?

I think MSU is the better candidate for a letdown, simply because of the suddenness of their success. Georgia has been answering "what if" type questions for a few months and has gradually built up expectations. Plus, the homefield advantage should be huge for UGA. All that said, either of these teams will embarrass the other if they let their guard down

MSU's defense is not as good as you think. La Tech's running backs rushed for 247 yds averaging over 6 yds a carry. LSU averaged over 5 yds a carry but were not used enough because they were playing catch up the whole game.
I think UGA rushes for over 250 against an overrated MSU defensive line.

The key will be can UGA stop the MSU running game and from what I have seen against ND they have a very good run defense. I don't think Fitzgerald is good enough to win with his passing.
I think UGA wins and covers.

Exactly. That LSU defense was tired. Everything went right for MSU. From penalties, field position, dropped balls by LSU, etc. credit to them, they took advantage. But I think the scoreboard was a little misleading. At least, offensively.

Most MSU fans don't want to admit this, but they are not 30 pts better than us.....I finally got to watch the game and it was an absolute joke all the self inflicted wounds. We gave them an inch and they took a mile. They were the better team but our BS play on the field made them look like world beaters when they really aren't. Downvote biotches, but it's the truth Dawgs.

I tried to make the point a couple if times yesterday. LSU is not in football shape. Fatigue caused self-inflicted damage, no doubt about it.

Poor pass routes = ball hitting a WR in the face. Fatigue

Best WR dropping a wide open pass in the middle of the field? Fatigue

Not 1, but 2 stupid targeting penalties that could have easily been avoided? Fatigue

DBs, an LSU tradition, getting caught flat-footed and looking in the backfield while a receiver runs right by them? Fatigue

I'm sure there are many more examples on the game film

All of a sudden MSU = Bama, according to some.

That is funny. I think it is just because we are playing decent on both sides of the ball.

No bullshite, I think this week's game will be a slobber knocker. Whoever has fewer guys standing on the sidelines on crutches at the end should win. Georgia always has some hard hitting folks on both sides of the ball.

Might be the best SEC matchup this weekend.

This. And they all thought Miles sucked for requiring long practices actually hitting each other and getting a little wore out. Poor babies. O came in and had them all sooooo fresh from short practices and no pads. How genius! Miles was a football coach! O is a lazy bastard that doesn't want to practice. See the difference now?
