At what point are the Vols posters on here going to be embarrassed enough to come collect DirtySeatBottoms?

A product of a defense putting them in great situations and padding stats with extra games and a weak/very favorable schedule

But not worth doing again honestly. If you want to rehash it find the threads that already cover it.

UGA's per game and per play stats were in the top 5. That doesn't get padded with extra games since it's an average value.

You can claim the opponents were weak if you like. Odd thing to do for a fan of a team that was on that schedule, but go for it.

UGA's offense was exceptional. In fact, the two teams that UGA padded their offensive statistics most against were both top 10 teams. Ole Miss (10.0 yards per play, 52 points) and FSU (8.9 yards per play, 63 points). It wasn't as good as LSU's was, but it was still a top 5 offense.

and the decline started

Now that's Saban's retired Kirby will get the annual decline treatment apparently.

Tennessee needed a hail Mary to beat UGA in Kirby's first year as a head coach. Since then, our margin of victory has exceeded Tennessee's points scored for 7 straight years.

I'm telling all of you now Kirby cought lightening in a bottle

I don’t think you know what this means. You don’t lose 5 SEC games over 7 years “catching lightning in a bottle.”

Question for UGA fans. Who's the likely WR1 and how confident are you in them?

I'm specifically talking about the two national championship seasons. Kirby is a good coach but he won't be winning NCs left and right in spurts like Saban did though. It took some generational high character leaders on offense combined with a tonne of NFL ready talent for him to win it while Saban was winning with teams that featured boring game manager QBs and offenses im general.

No you know exactly what I'm saying is true. You don't find those kind of super high character guys combined with their talent on one team often. You can't recruit that every year regardless of how many five stars that you get.

Trying to downplay the character and talent of saban’s rosters from 09-20 takes a special kind of stupid.

Saban never had three guys like stetson, bowers and mchonky on one team or more importantly offense/unit

Maybe you should check the bama draft picks over the years, but be prepared to be shocked at the # of them

It is nice to hear fans call our players high character guys.

The AJC doesn't believe you.
Most people on the rant don't believe you.
They boost every thread about speeding and arrests possible.

Very dumb of him to mention that idea again, but not as dumb as his irrelevant "extra games" idea.
