Florida freshman point guard Kasey Hill has a high ankle sprain and will be out about a month, source told ESPN.

Wow.

We have no shot against Kansas, Memphis, or UConn.

If that's the case he's out for a week or two, no?

Could be longer. That's what Gurley had. Different sport, but obviously basketball puts a lot of pressure on your ankles

Pray Wilbekin has a 'coming to Jesus' moment and stops smoking weed.

Donovan tends to be pessimistic with injuries, so I would think it would take less than a month to get him back.

ETA: Donovan says Wilbekin's suspended at least for next game and our other guard decided to redshirt cause of hip injuries. Fun times.

How many scholarship players is UF down to now? Didnt you start the season with only like 7?

Frazier, Devon Walker, Prather, Finney-Smith, Yeguete, Young, Carter (gimpy)

Kurtz may as well be a scholarship player, though. He's been pretty damn good for a guy who was just the team manager a few years ago.

So... 6-and-a-half.

So who will play point? And I'm asking honestly because I don't have a damn clue at this point.

Yeah we were pretty depleted at the beginning of the season.

Out of 11, 4 are hurt, 1 isn't with the team due to an attitude problem, 1 is suspended. We have a decent walk on though

Devon Walker was playing PG after Hill went down, but it'll probably be by committee.

Point by committee until Wilbekin gets back.

For next game at least...no clue. Frazier maybe?

After that or whenever his suspension ends, Wilbekin.

The rumor was always six games for Wilbekin, so assuming that the exhibition counted (it did for DFS), Wilbekin could be back for JU.

Middle Tennessee could very well beat us, though.

That's brutal, but I guess the silver lining is at least the bench is getting a ton of in game experience.

I honestly can't think of the last time I saw a team that depleted. We were thin under Hobo (Gillispie) at times but nothing like that.

I hope our injury big hasn't ventured to the BB team.
