or maybe because he didn't have an offer from a Texas school

Damn, he publicly committed to UT without an offer?

Bold strategy, Cotton.

His point was that there were no arrests, which is an offhand way to say "it's not that big of a deal;" otherwise why make the comment?

Missed the mark again, waterhead.

And what did Speedy do again?

Couldn't tell you. I have no idea. Never said he did anything. Why?

Post on the Tiger Rant on 7/21

quote:

The girlfriend story is complete BS LSU spin cycle btw. Trey L. was messing around with fireworks and got another lineman's couch caught on fire at the athlete dorms. Today they were in a coach's office and the other player wanted an apology but Trey said "What are you gonna do about it? yada yada" and a scuffle ensued…By all accounts, I heard the other player was the victor Trey left the office upset then headbutted and punched through the window. Blood loss was crazy per my source. **Other player's name has been redacted** Admins, that is fact not rumor.

Like I said in earlier post. You're an idiot. That story is so far from the truth! That's a friend knows this other guys friend story.

Instead of making two replies, since your message was essentially the same as the original, I answered you both in one comment. Not too hard to discern, right? I am a waterhead (whatever that is), but I thought it was fairly clear.

I stick by it. I understand you wanting to defend your players, but the only reason to move on to semantics is to seemingly lessen the severity of the actions.

In other words: Title said arrested, "but they weren't arrested, just cited."

What's the difference? Still stole a bike... allegedly. Though, I will agree the fireworks thing is kind of ridiculous. Just a fun prank.

Well that's just irresponsible journalism on the part of the Tiger Rant.

I'll change the title as I see the 247 story changed the story. It originally said arrested

Didn't mean to use big words you don't understand.

Also, never defended the players or their actions.

Seems pretty stupid on their part. Firecrackers, chickenshit.

Only if they play football for LSU imo.

But yes, you're correct.
