Bet Don wishes he could tear it down.

Must be contractually obligated not to.

But yeah, Shula's is a good steakhouse to eat at in general. Not cheap, but reasonable for a god steakhouse.

You're right, a college town with nearly a metro population of 230,000 would never a higher end steakhouse. What was I thinking?
