Stepfather misspoke. Actually meant to say "Asians", not "agents".

Simple misunderstanding. Nothing to see here

I don't see how what the step-father alleges is any less reliable than what Tunsil alleges. It is all hearsay from both sides, at this point (with the exception of the father being punched).

except this in that article says

Derek Miller told the deputies that he recalled Desiree Tunsil and Lindsey Miller were "cussing" at each other when Laremy Tunsil entered the home and pushed his father against a wall.

Derek Miller said his father fell to the ground quickly, and Tunsil got on top of him and started hitting him.

that is not defending your mother if your younger brother says they were just cussing at each other.

Tunsil got pissed he got called out for being with agents, got pissed his mother was arguing with a disliked stepfather, and then beat said step father up

defending his mother my arse

Even if this is true, I don't care.

The young man should be able to meet with an agent without any repercussions.

Yes, there is a first and second. First, he obviously gives the information in the police report, saying that he was arguing with the mother and this caused the incident. Second, after THAT fact, he changes his tune with the media apparently, telling the Clarion Ledger that he was arguing with Tunsil, no mention of the confrontation with the mother or the agents. Every fan base does it when it's their own, but the confirmation bias in this thread and others about this situation is astounding.

Neighbors? Little brother ran to get help
if it was neighbors then tunsil must have beating his dads arse for quite a while. how long would it take you to run to your neighbors house, explain whats happening, have then come back with you, then break it up? at least a minute. thats a long time to get beat down. no, its got to be either some people who were already in the house or people who were with tunsil when he showed up.

That story is basically a shorter version of the actual police report.

More than likely nothing comes from any of this, but I would be willing to bet Laremy was in the wrong. Looks like the stepdad was trying to keep his meal ticket out of trouble with agents and Laremy didn't take too well to it.

Laremy will be rich even if this is true. May cost him a few draft spots at most.

Again, assuming this guy wasn't just attempting to frick up his football career after getting his arse beat. I don't know if the confrontation was truly justified, but this seems like someone who is trying in every way possible to hurt the guy that had just physically dominated him. Have him arrested, say he was talking to agents so he can no longer even play football, thus losing his scholarship. There's just so much packed into it that it doesn't seem believable.

All the while, step daddy is an angel who simply got into a verbal altercation with mom.

dont know about the agent stuff, but it could be just as simple as tunsil hates his stepdad and didnt like that he was arguing with his mom. the brother, who seems to be the only non-involved witness of the whole thing, doesnt mention that the dad did anything physical

Well, maybe I am too much of a fan to be able to see it clearly. I realize that. But damn, there is so much loaded into that report that it just seems to be either the perfect storm of terrible for Tunsil, who really is a nice person who I feel bad for now, or this dude is really, really attempting to frick up said "meal ticket" now.
