And yes, his mom did file charges, he surrendered himself at the station and was released earlier today. He's been charged with simple assault and two counts of domestic violence.

just because it's in a police report doesn't make it any more credible. the police report will contain any statements made by an parties and/or witnesses. they don't just jot down notes of what they believe happened. if his step father said that at the time of the incident, it doesn;t make it more credible just because it was in the police report

His stepfather didn't like the fact that he had these chemicals hanging around. When he left, it was in a yellow, government-issued Jeep, taking the four agents with him.

You're wrong. There is not first and second. The agent thing was in the police report filed that night, it is just not coming to light. It's not like his step-dad is changing his story or anything.
