the NCAA would still have to prove they did it

They don't have to prove anything. They can say his admission and evidence is enough for them.

Nothing wrong here. It's a personal humidifier, he has bad allergies. Ole Miss team Dr. got it for him.

More bad news for OM IMO. If he did not take improper benefits, why not clear that up right now. If the instagram grab is fake, why not clear that up right now? If he used a sanctioned emergency fund, why not clear that up right now?

I'm guessing that it is because it'd go something like his:

agent: "Laremy, now when they ask you about last night, tell them that you didn't understand the question, and that you thought that they talking about the bong hit video. Tell them that you DID NOT take any money from any coaches."

Laremy: "Yes sir, I got this."

Reporter: "Laremy, last night you said that you took money from a coach. Is that true?"

Laremy: "No, that is not true. I was confused on the question."

Reporter: "Laremy, did the conversation that you posted on instagram take place?"

Laremy: "I'm going to have to say yeah."

There's a reason why OM nor Tunsil has done this. They don't know what else the person has. He may and probably does have more texts and vids or instagrams. He's just sitting on it. Really has them by the nutsack. Think about it. If they come out and deny shite. Then he says, "Oh really"? And posts more evidence. How bad would that be? That's why the Rebs claiming it's fake are stupid. Tunsil knows it ain't. Knows there was more on his phone and doesn't know what the hacker has. They gotta find the hacker and get him to stop. Imagine the circus right now in Oxford trying to scramble with this shite.

And from the Dolphins perspective it is ok he told the truth about the video and told the truth about getting paid. Good by them for him being honest, now stay of that circus and let's move forward. They could give a shite about Sexton also representing Freeze. Not their problem.

You do realize Sexton represents many dolphins coaches and players right? Also reps other players/coaches. They won't bend over for the guy, but they'll give him professional courtesy.

They don't need any more proof than the texts and the admission.

Well, since they have neither, I guess we're good.

Its VERY damning that he has not denied or retracted what he said. If it was a misunderstanding, he sure as hell doesn't seem like saying it was.

Miller is deleting his Twitter today and drilling holes in his phone and iPad mini

100% chance he "lost" his phone when the NCAA asks

Without that or the Twitter server everyone will just say it was fake. Doubt Twitter will help

I'm not sure that he did. What if the NCAA already had access to those text messages (and more of the same) and Tunsil knew that? There'd be no point to lying about it in that case, and a pretty good reason not to lie since it would all come out anyway.

Okay.

"Are the Dolphins upset that you said you were paid at Ole Miss?"

OR

"Does you agent plan to argue for a higher than normal contract to make up for lost payments from Ole Miss?"

These reporters need to up their game.

Well. The NCAA doesn't have the text messages. They have screenshots with no proof of where they came from, or even if they were authentic to begin with. That's not hard to explain.

And they don't have an admission from anyone in a formal setting that provides context or specifics. Allegations are a long way from evidence.
