Did Tubbs show up at AU? I'm assuming that photo is from a recent game. If so, I guess he showed up to pick up a fat check from the general fund.
He bent y'all over a barrel and went in dry on the invalidation of his contract when the trustees got in the Yellawood plane and went after another coach.

In late 2011 Aubies on here were still claiming Chizik's CEO style delegatjon was better than Saban's micromanaging dictatorship. That's the argument I heard then from all the Aubies. Pretty funny.
Chiz shot himself in the foot when he quit being that CEO and started trying to meddle like $aban does.

And I'm even further away in NC. Glad I don't have morons bringing this kind of shite up everyday.
I'm in WA State. On the few occasions I run into an Auburn fan, we're much more likely to have a beer and talk about the SEC, rather than bicker over the rivalry. It's nice.

I know it would never happen due to egos and all but I would love, love, love for Malzahn to hire him as DC.

Would you rather the Barners talk about last year's game?
I'm sure that they would be more than happy to do so.

yet the emotional scars he inflicted upon some bama fans will never be recovered from.
We were on probation the whole time. Scholarship limitations hurt us more than Tubs did.

You thought you were going to be able to bring up Tubs and Dye's last bama game and not have that blow up in your face?

I just think its funny that it was his last game as an AU head coach. Its just ironic is all.
Yea, I agree. I always get tickled thinking about Bear's last Iron Bowl.
Tubs...Bear...who cares? Who can name the coaches that actually won their last Iron Bowls? There's only one on each side...and that's going back over 100 years. But yours would have lost his last one too if he'd have bothered to finish his last season.
