This was after she pressed charges.
She had regular joking texts with him after the incident. One of us must be misinterpreting the screenshots.

I read through them really quickly because I'm multitasking in class, but from what I got out of it, I think the time period is texts from both before and after the incident. Shared between several parties. Her/Treon Her/Friend. Hard to keep up.

Um even if the girl is having sex with a guy, once she says STOP, the guy has to STOP or it's rape. They can be friends afterwards but it's still considered rape if she wants to go after him.

I think you are confusing texts exchanged between treon and someone's roommate, with texts between treon and the alleged victim.

yeah that threw me at first, there's a bunch of texts on there, but I think only the first is between her and TH. The others are her and friends. I couldnt' even keep track of which was girl and which was friend after a while.
I also didn't realize kids today say "doe" outside of message board phrases. And what's with the laughing/crying emoticon? That thing was hella prevalent.

Probably. I just skimmed through it real fast before class. It's really poorly put together.

I didn't see that anywhere. I saw the officers signing with their ID numbers.
