I wouldn't call Mason up to speed. The guy has been on the field for 3 snaps, and he had success in all 3 of them. If he actually knew what the frick he was doing he would be starting by now.
And that's the sad part.
Instead of a two year project left tackle like Robinson (who they have to teach rudimentary pass blocking concepts to playing guard for year), they could have drafted a plug n' play left tackle with Jake Matthews from a school capable of turning out finished products, Texas A&M.
Mason, meanwhile, is the best pure back on the Rams - but is so far behind in every other aspect of the game, he can't even suit up for a horseshite team like the Rams until the season's half over.

Well we will get Kozan back next year.

Lol
I don't know if you realize that there are 16 regular season games
So both players missed less than a third of the season
Also, your front office drafted a sophomore tackle and its auburn's fault he isn't a "finished product" like the senior from A&M?
Isn't Aaron Donald just making his first start? Maybe your front office has more important things in mind than winning immediately. Like building a franchise. And getting the frick out of St. Louis

Coming from the guy whose "defensive player of the year" didn't even make a 53 man roster and who wouldn't have even been drafted if not for political BS from Roger Goodell.

An extra year or two in Gus' offense wouldn't make Robinson any more of a pro-ready, finished product.

With the passing we are doing this year and will definitely be doing next year, probably
it's okay little buddy
maybe you'll get a 30 for 30 out of it

But playing in Sumlin's air raids would have made him pro ready. Got it

Something tells me you don't know shite about Gus' offense.

He would have been a 3rd or 4th round pick had he not came out. He really hurt himself.

You inadvertently asked and answered your own question in the same post. Nice.

False... The teams already knew about it, it was common knowledge. Scouts weren't impressed with him and Sam knew it. It was all a publicity stunt as a last ditch effort to make it, and unfortunately it almost worked. I'm glad it didn't.

Lots of fail in this post.
Sam's horseshite combine performance is what killed his draft stock. Being gay was secondary.
And it wasn't a publicity stunt.
He was going to be outed so he decided to control the narrative by announcing it himself.
