Damn, that's no fun. I guess I'll have to save this nice little picture I made for you.

Pretty much exactly what it says...except my "bad" habits aren't really considered bad by most people. Naughty and nice kinda thing.

Death toll will probably go up once first light hits. Reports are that multiple subdivisions were devastated(like one in rowlett where I have friends pulling people out of rubble), trailer park in Sunnyvale hit where 60+trailers destroyed, and that damn rowlett tornado ripped a path of like 50 or so miles before it was done

Nope. Never have in my life....and my manicures/gel tips are not exactly cheap. No way would I basically eat money by chewing on my nails.

Thank God this happened on a weekend. 11 tornadoes reported in the DFW area. The 5 fatalities being reported happened on 190 and I-30. Had it been a week night this would've been much worse as rush hour traffic would've been effected.

Amen. I'm not in Dallas at the moment but it sounds like it could have been much much worse. I saw another poster in this thread mention a twister heading north towards and through the city from Cedar Hill. I hope that's not the case. That would have been a nightmare.

It's crazy with all the growth in the metroplex in the last 5 years that it wasn't worse.

Also, I was in Norman, Oklahoma Christmas Day and checked out his storm cellar installed in to his garage floor. FEMA now gives a pretty big rebate for personal storm cellars, something that just recently passed in to law. I think of the $3k in cost he got nearly $2,500 back. I'm not sure if other states and areas qualify, but if you're a home owner, I would look in to it.

Luckily just got wind and rain in University Park along with a beautiful lightning show.

I hated to see the damage caused in neighboring cities.
