FWIW, I think the only people who hate Spurrier are the shallow-minded fans who can't appreciate his personality and all he's done for the SEC. The guy is a living legend

Spurrier relished the opportunity to kick an opponent when they were down back in his days at UF. I can definitely understand why a lot of people in their 30s and 40s would hate him.

This list is complete garbage... Mainly upset at Spurrier being that high. I think he is one of the greatest coaches of all time. Coaching and personality wise. Not even gonna comment on Saban... Haters gonna hate I guess

in most of those cases it was because of success, but in people like KIfffy it was because they were born with a silver spoon in his mouth and has a hot wife

He still does some of us.
I never faulted him for his cockiness, at least he could back it up, and if you are going to trash talk your opponents, then back it up and he did/does still.

Only one on the list I dislike a lot and that is Lou. Miles being on the list is laughable. The dude is like a crazy uncle you love to see at get together's.

It doesn't bother me at all, I like Miles. He is a good recruiter and should always thank Nick for giving LSU a great kick start to success.
