Auburn really wasn't that good. Think they fell behind to Alabama by like 21 points or something

So FSU is great because they fell behind in a big game and came back to win with :13 seconds left but it's a knock on Auburn to fall down even more and come back and take the lead with most of a quarter to go?

Nice logic.

I think 2004 USC was a better team than the hyped up '05 team because Shaun Cody and Mike Patterson were beasts on the D line. That's one common factor that the all-time teams share- beastly offensive and defensive lines. It matters because you eventually have to play an elite team that can rip off 5, 6, 7 yards per carry if you don't have a monster D-line.

this. usc 05 had a better offense than 04, as everyone came back and was a year older, but all the defensive studs on the 04 team were gone after that season. 04 usc was a much better all around team than 05, as the 05 defense was trash.

had 04 usc played 05 texas, usc wins by 2 td's. VY wasn't going for 200+200 against cody, patterson, etc.

Those late 80s games between Miami and notre dame were some of the best football games I've ever seen

If that's true, and I have no reason not to believe u, you can burn it too.

Then u might have a NC under your belt. Good stuff.

Yeah, that's not true

You're right it was only 5 which is 3 more than this alabama team has beaten and the two they have were both played without said teams starting QB.

This is all subjective to an individuals preference and no way to be definitive.

Auburn would have not gotten past OU

Auburn would've beat them as bad as USCheat. The only difference is, it would've been 38-0 instead of 55-19. We had the #1 scoring defense in the country that year.
