I would put Pat Sullivan up there.
He played in an era with some other great SEC QBs: John Reaves, Scott Hunter, Archie Manning, Bert Jones, Bobby Scott, Mike Hillman, Joe Ferguson, plus Terry Bradshaw of La. Tech.
