And Florida. Alabama LSU auburn and Florida all bigger and better than uga. And fsu. IMHO. Been to games at all places and those 4 stand out the most

Much like the Braves and Falcons, UGA's fanbase is pretty underwhelming. Beautiful campus, but the fans are lacking on gameday.

The point was not necessarily to criticize your opinion, but to suggest that it's all so subjective and these rankings are inherently pointless.
UGA - fans show up late and relentlessly make baseless claims or comments about the coaching staff
AU - Sure didn't seem like a family during 2012
Bama/UF/LSU/UT have all had recent attendance problems
aTm - we'll know more about their fans when Johnny Football is gone and the newness if expansion wears off in the future
USCe - my first experience there was in '06 and they hadn't been good in a while. They were loud as hell and on their feet for the first 5 mins. Then after the first drive the guy beside me threw his hands up and said "same ole shite," and sat down for the rest of the game.
My only point was that these lists are so subjective that it's ridiculous. Same for everybody's opinion of them. All fan bases are the same, some are just bigger.

UF is understandable. They have a lot of fans in the south, but most of them can't afford to go to a game.

I think the fan bases are very similar. I guess you might think A&M's are more loyal because they've actually gotten an opportunity to show how loyal they are due to the mediocre football program. Penn State's never had that luxury

Nah, my perspective actually is from my best friend at TAMU, whose gf (soon to be fiancée) is a PSU student.
She's the one who speaks glowingly about A&M, tbh.

I know you're extremely enamored of your grad school, but you are incorrect here.
ETA: I'll grant that it's close though. Would love an Aggie/Nittany Lion series.
